"She's very polite and considerate. Her knowledge on my issues and mental health needs are excellent. LaTonya is understanding and patient as well. The advice she's give me has worked to solve some solutions in my everyday life. For example the bedtime routine. I now play Fanastia to fall asleep to because it's 95% classical music and it has helped a bit with my insomnia. And I do my routine at a specific time everyday to help that poor sleep quality I have. Overall I do enjoy her as my therapist. I feel she appreciates me as much I do her."
